Innovating a more inclusive workforce

Problem Statement:
Japan’s work culture has long been perceived as rigid and male-dominated. The campaign aimed to challenge traditional perceptions of Japan’s workforce by showcasing national efforts to empower women and people with disabilities, especially through innovation and inclusive technologies.
Solution:
As the campaign’s creative lead and client-side liaison, I collaborated closely with The Washington Post Brand Studio to ensure the content was strategically aligned and visually engaging.
